1.1 Who we are

This website and store (the "Site") are operated by OrangeSun, LLC ("OrangeSun," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

1.2 Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site, browsing our products, placing an order, or placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Refund & Pre-Order Policy, all of which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1.3 Products and services

We design and sell AI and robotics hardware and related products and services, which currently include the Daisy product line, a home robot line, special-edition products, our software, and associated subscription services (collectively, the "Products"). Product names, specifications, configurations, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display Products and specifications accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

1.4 Orders, pricing, and acceptance

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated.

  • Placing an order or pre-order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.

  • If we discover a pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged. We will notify you if we do so.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, including per customer or per order.

1.5 Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed through our third-party payment processor(s). You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

For pre-orders, please review Section 4 (Refund & Pre-Order Policy), which explains when and how you are charged and your cancellation and refund rights.

1.6 Shipping and delivery

Estimated shipping timelines are described on the relevant product or campaign page and in our Refund & Pre-Order Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has left our possession, though we will assist you in tracing lost shipments.

1.7 Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds — including the special rules that apply to pre-orders — are governed by our Refund & Pre-Order Policy (Section 4), which forms part of these Terms.

1.8 Software, subscriptions, and licenses

Certain Products include or require software and may be offered with a subscription. Software is licensed, not sold, and is subject to any separate end-user license agreement or subscription terms presented to you at or before purchase. Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the point of sale.

1.9 Acceptable use and user content

When using the Site you agree not to:

  • Violate any law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights;

  • Post comments or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or abusive;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or interfere with its operation;

  • Share, redistribute, or republish protected content from the Site for commercial purposes.

You are responsible for any content you submit (such as comments or reviews). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating the Site. We may remove content at our discretion.

1.10 Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, images, and software — is owned by OrangeSun, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, and you may not use our content for commercial purposes.

To report claimed copyright infringement, contact us at support with a description of the work, its location on the Site, and your contact information.

1.11 Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY WE PROVIDE IN WRITING WITH A PRODUCT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

1.12 Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORANGE SUN, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

1.13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrangeSun, LLC and its officers, members, and employees from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

1.14 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Albemarle, Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

1.15 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
